Currently, EMRY ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long will it take to get my order?
We take great care in packaging each one-of-a-kind piece. Orders are typically processed and shipped from our studio within 2–3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, standard domestic delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
How is my order shipped?
Because every EMRY bag is a high-value, one-of-a-kind item, all orders are shipped via FEDEX with a signature required upon delivery. This ensures your unique piece arrives safely in your hands.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to the exclusive, one-of-a-kind nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
What if my item arrives damaged?

Will sold-out items be restocked?
No. Every EMRY handbag is a true "1 of 1" creation. Once a specific bag is sold, it will never be replicated exactly. This ensures that your EMRY bag is exclusively yours.
What materials do you use?
We source only the finest materials from around the world to ensure luxury quality. Our bags frequently feature couture fabrics imported from France (such as Chanel tweeds), high-end leathers like glazed lambskin, and premium hardware plated in 24-karat gold or sterling silver.

How should I care for my EMRY bag?
To maintain the integrity of the couture fabrics and specialty leathers, we recommend storing your bag in its dust bag when not in use. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. For fabric areas, spot clean gently only if absolutely necessary; do not submerge in water.
