Where do you ship?
Currently, EMRY ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long will it take to get my order?
We take great care in packaging each one-of-a-kind piece. Orders are typically processed and shipped from our studio within 2–3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, standard domestic delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
How is my order shipped?
Because every EMRY bag is a high-value, one-of-a-kind item, all orders are shipped via FEDEX with a signature required upon delivery. This ensures your unique piece arrives safely in your hands.
What is your return policy?
Due to the one-of-one nature of EMRY handbags, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated. Please review our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage and the packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue immediately.
